FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions)
- How do I get an appointment?
Have your Primary Care Physician to contact our office for a referral. They will
provide our office with the appropriate information (MRI reports, etc.) to determine how soon you need to be seen.
- What can I expect on my first visit with the doctor?
Dr. Corradino will examine you, review your films, and will make recommendations based on his findings. Additional tests could be ordered, physical therapy or pain managment prescribed, or surgery will be discussed.
- What do I need to bring with me on the initial office visit?
Please bring your MRI/CT/X-Ray films with you to your appointment. If the facility where you had your scan done can burn these for you on a CD-Rom, we prefer to have these on a CD-Rom. In addition to your films, please bring all medications that you are currently taking. We will also send you a packet of information, along with some paperwork, that should be completed prior to your appointment. Please remember to bring that with you as well. Having all this information will expedite you being seen in a timely manner.
- How long until I recover from surgery?
Your recovery time depends on the surgical procedure you have. Dr. Corradino can discuss this with you individually.
- When can I return to work?
It depends on the type of job you perform and the type of surgical procedure you have. Please ask Dr. Corradino when he sees you in follow-up. |
